QMS, EMS AND ISMS CONTROL SYSTEMS

The company holds valid certificates for quality, environmental and information security management according to international standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 and ČSN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2014.

By introducing these systems, the company is following global trends and at the same time prioritising both the high quality of its services for maximum customer satisfaction and the protection and improvement of the environment and information security. All three systems are integrated into a single unit called the Integrated Management System (“IMS”). To support this system, the company’s management has promulgated a joint quality, environmental and information security policy. The adoption and implementation of this policy is essential for the continued successful development of the company, for respecting the interests of the sole shareholder and employees, and for the continued growth and strengthening of the company’s market position.

The company management hereby declares its decision to permanently create and maintain in the joint stock company Technické sítě Brno, akciová společnost an integrated quality management system according to ISO 9001, environmental protection according to ISO 14001 and information security according to ISO 27001, the aim of which is to increase the performance of the organisation, improve the prevention of environmental pollution and ensure the information security of the entire company.

The decision to build a quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 is based on the desire to ensure maximum credibility towards a customer and to convince him/her that our joint stock company is the right company to satisfy his/her wishes and requirements. Quality is understood comprehensively and is not limited to checking the services provided and the constructions made. A comprehensive approach to quality means ensuring the quality of all activities and processes within the management of the company and the handed over constructions.

One of the company’s principles is to emphasise environmental protection in all activities, including the planning and execution of construction works. Emphasis is placed on ensuring that the company and its contractors protect the environment and use the resources at their disposal responsibly.

Enviromental certification ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016

Technické sítě Brno, akciová společnost, was the first company of the Statutory City of Brno to obtain a certificate of information security management system (ISMS) according to ČSN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2014. This system covers the entire operation of the company and applies to all activities carried out. Setting up and adhering to the ISMS provides a guarantee of information security for the company, its employees and partners. All information is managed in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability. Through a combination of guidelines, system, physical and IT measures, not only electronic information is protected, but also all other information assets of the company, including key knowledge and access to the company’s facilities and premises.
